Supplementary Planning Guidance
Guidance notes, briefs and other supplementary planning guidance provide detail on the implementation of Development Plan policy.
Whilst only the policies of the Adopted Development Plan can be used in the determination of planning applications, Supplementary Planning Guidance may be taken into account as a material consideration in that decision (LDP Wales 5.2).The following documents have been adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to the LDP. This planning guidance has been prepared specifically to support and assist small-scale horticultural enterprises in the preparation of a planning application for a Rural Enterprise Dwelling (permanent or temporary).
It provides detailed guidance for the preparation of a Rural Enterprise Dwelling Appraisal that must be submitted with a planning application and has been developed to reflect the unique and specific circumstances of these enterprises.
