Supplementary Planning Guidance
Guidance notes, briefs and other supplementary planning guidance provide detail on the implementation of Development Plan policy.
Whilst only the policies of the Adopted Development Plan can be used in the determination of planning applications, Supplementary Planning Guidance may be taken into account as a material consideration in that decision (LDP Wales 5.2).The following documents have been adopted as Supplementary Planning Guidance to the LDP. Development Control Guidance Notes
Since the adoption of the LDP in December 2013 the UDP is no longer utilised for development control purposes, however, the Guidance notes below have been carried over as interim Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) whilst up to date SPG are prepared.
